CAT Search account deletion
This is the account deletion request page for CAT Search on Google Play (package in.oneloan.onedsa), published by OneLoan Financial Services.
CAT Search is the Google Play listing name for OneDSA App, owned and operated by OneLoan Financial Service (OneLoan Financial Services).
If you created an account inside CAT Search / OneDSA App, you can ask OneLoan Financial Services to delete that account and the personal data tied to it.
Delete in the app
- Open CAT Search (OneDSA App) and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete profile & account.
- Type DELETE (or your email) and confirm.
That removes your profile (name, mobile, city, role), sign-in access, and associated account data immediately.
Delete without signing in
Use the form below if you cannot sign in. OneLoan Financial Services will verify the request and delete the matching CAT Search account within 7 days. Residual backups are removed within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account and profile details (name, email, mobile, city, role)
- Sign-in credentials (email OTP and Google sign-in for this app)
- In-app support tickets and device push tokens we stored for you
We may keep records required by law (for example fraud or dispute logs) in anonymised or restricted form.
