1. About the Platform

OneDSA App is a business productivity tool for Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), partners, and related staff. It provides reference utilities such as company category checks, PIN code serviceability lookup, calculators, policy/offer references, and support workflows. The App is for lawful partner / DSA business use only and is not a consumer lending marketplace, bank, or NBFC.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your firm or yourself as a partner.
• Provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
• Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including Sign in with Google.
• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud risk, security concerns, or breach of these Terms or partner agreements.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the App only for legitimate loan-partner / DSA work and in line with your bank, NBFC, or fintech partner agreements.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or misuse customer data.
• Do not represent App output as a final credit decision of any lender.

4. Reference data & no credit decision

Company categories, PIN serviceability, calculators, policies, offers, and similar content are for internal guidance only. Banks and NBFCs change rules without notice. Always verify final eligibility, pricing, documentation, and commercial terms with the lending partner (or their official portal / credit manager) before committing to a customer. OneLoan Financial Service does not approve or reject loan applications and does not guarantee disbursement.

5. Intellectual property

The App, branding, software, layouts, and curated datasets are owned by OneLoan Financial Service or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your authorised business purposes while your account remains active. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute App content except as needed for your partner work.

6. Third-party services

The App may rely on hosting, authentication, messaging, or analytics providers. Lender portals and partner systems are controlled by those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or content.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reference tools may contain delays, errors, or gaps.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneLoan Financial Service and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the fees (if any) you paid us for App access in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneLoan Financial Service from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be notified in-app or by email where practical.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vasai-Virar / Palghar, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
